Gratitude is my Prayer

These words from Deepak Chopra have become my mantra.

Nothing changed my life more than the day I decided to simply say, “Thank you” every morning when I woke up.  Little did I know the wondrous journey I was about to begin when I ended up retired at age 53 and rolling around the house in a wheelchair.

I was angry and worried about living on a fixed income.  Now I am content and have started thinking in terms of earning potential instead of financial limitations.  And it all began with a gratitude journal and the simple words – Thank You.
