My Favorite Mantras

A mantra is an aid to meditation.  It does not have to be spoken out loud – you can repeat it in your mind to keep your focus.  You can focus within at your heart, below your heart above your belly, or  you can focus on your breath. These are my favorites, courtesy Deepak Chopra.  You can purchase his wonderful 21 day meditations at chopra.com.
