Truth is a constant on all levels. Whether we like it or not, it is there. You can deny global warming, but that does not negate its effects on the planet. You can deny your true feelings, but they will still be there until you are ready to deal with them. The only way to grow and change is to face reality, no matter how uncomfortable it is.
