Relax

The first step to physical and/or emotional healing is relaxation.  Let go of all the tension in your body by taking slow, deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.   You can do this at any time you feel anger, confusion, uncertainty, anxiety, or any emotion regardless of the intensity.
